Flyers get new boss

Col. Edsel A. "Archie" Frye Jr. clasps a commander's pin to Lt. Col. Tony Brusca's jacket during a 18th Air Refueling Squadron change of command ceremony on June 13. Colonel Brusca, a KC-135 Stratotanker pilot, took command of the 18th ARS after serving under every one of the squadron's previous commanders. The 18th ARS is the flying unit of the 931st Air Refueling Group, an Air Force Reserve unit at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Colonel Frye is the commander of the 931st ARG.
