Reserve Citizen Airman becomes Mrs. Kansas U.S.

Reserve Citizen Airman Maj. Monica Riggs, 18th Air Refueling Squadron lead pilot, poses in front of a KC-135 Stratotanker June 12, 2018, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan.
