Retired Chief Master Sgt. Ericka Kelly, speaks to Airman of the 931st Air Refueling Wing during an enlisted all-call Feb. 1, 2020, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Kelly, the former Air Force Reserve’s Senior Enlisted Advisor and AFRC’s Command chief master sergeant, retired in April 2019.
