Heseltine takes command of the 931 ARW

Phil Heseltine, incoming 931st Air Refueling Wing commander, during a change of command ceremony Dec. 1, 2018, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan.  Prior to joining the 931st, Heseltine was the vice commander of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing, the active duty component at Team McConnell.
