A KC-46A Pegasus assigned to McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., refuels a B-52 Stratofortress assigned to the 307th Bomb Squadron April 10, 2021. The B-52 was one of three from the unit being refueled by a 931st Air Refueling Wing aircrew. The air refueling was viewed by 25 recruiters from the 507th Air Refueling Wing, the 352nd Recruiting Squadron, and five cadets from the Kansas State University Reserve Officers' Detachment 270. The flights were part of a three-day tour of the 931st Air Refueling Wing, to display to the recruiters and cadets the full-range of the Reserve mission at Team McConnell.

Two F-16 Fighting Falcons from the 138th Fighter Wing, fly near the wing of a KC-46A Pegasus assigned to McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., April 10, 2021. The F-16s were two of eight being refueled by an aircrew from the 931st Air Refueling Wing. The F-16 is capable of traveling speeds up to 1,500 miles per hour, they can burn up to 8,000 pounds of fuel at low altitude.

A KC-46A Pegasus takes off from the flightline during Cope North 21 Feb. 16, 2021, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.  An aircrew of more than 20 Airmen from the 931st Air Refueling Wing flew a KC-46A Pegasus assigned to McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., as part of Cope North 21, last month at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. It is the U.S. Pacific Air Forces largest multilateral exercise.
