Eklund takes command of 931st CES

Lt. Col. Scott Eklund took command of the 931st Civil Engineer Squadron from Lt. Col. Kelvin Haywood during an official ceremony Oct. 1, 2022 at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas. Eklund was previously the 446th Civil Engineer Squadron deputy commander at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
