931 ARW Leadership gains 'Advantage'

MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. --  Leadership from the 931st Air Refueling Wing pose for a photo during a Dale Carnegie Leadership Advantage course at the Derby Chamber of Commerce on March 31, 2017. The two-day course included all commanders, superintendents and civilian leaders from each squadron in the wing. The course is aimed at helping leaders maximize the talent and human potential of their people, while also enhancing leadership communication.
