Lt. Col. Stacy Moore assumed command of the 931st Operations Support Squadron during a change of command ceremony Feb. 4, 2018, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Moore previously worked as the 931st Air Refueling Wing Weapons and Tactic Officer chief. He has been with the 931st since October 2012. Col. Kevin Rainey, who assumed command of the 931st OSS in July 2016, is slated to take command of the 931st Operations Group later this year and will oversee more than 270 Airmen within the unit.
