In an e-note sent to all members of the U.S. Air Force Reserve, Lt. Gen. James F. Jackson, chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C., and commander, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., encouraged Citizen Airmen, their families and friends, to make use of the Wingman Toolkit in order to assist them in developing resiliency.

The Wingman Tookit is designed to serve as a "one-stop-shop" in providing Citizen Airmen with information and resources on developing physical, social, spiritual, and mental resiliency.

Members are encouraged  to visit the toolkit at http://afrc.wingmantoolkit.org/ and make use of the many articles, videos and resources available.
