Adverse weather guidance for 931st members Published Feb. 20, 2013 By 931st Air Refueling Group Public Affairs MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Due to adverse weather conditions, Col. Mark S. Larson, commander of the 931st Air Refueling Group, has authorized early release of all non-essential personnel beginning at 1400 local time today, February 20. Another storm is forecast to hit the area later this evening and continue into tomorrow, February 21. Because of these circumstances, only mission essential personnel will be directed to report to McConnell Air Force Base tomorrow. No 931 ARG personnel are categorized as "essential" for reporting purposes. Please continue to monitor local weather stations and be cautious when reporting to work.
