931st commander issues February video message

MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. --  Col. Mark S. Larson, commander of the 931st Air Refueling Group here, has issued his video message for the month of February.  This month, the commander visits the McConnell Aircraft Structural Maintenance Facility.  The video is available for viewing on the 931 ARG YouTube channel.
