931st seeks nominations for employer orientation flight

MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. --  The 931st Air Refueling Group Public Affairs Office is seeking nominations
for an Employer Orientation Flight to be held Saturday, May 4, 2013.

The deadline to nominate employers is March 31, 2013. Seats are limited
and will fill up quickly, therefore, early nominations will receive
preference.

Employer orientation flights are an important outreach tool used by public
affairs to help employers of Reservists to better understand the role of the
Air Force Reserve and to garner employer support for Reservists if and when
the employee is called away from work for military duty.

The following guidelines are in effect:

1. One nomination per Reservist
2. Employer must not have prior Employer Orientation Flight participation
3. Employer must not have prior military experience
4. Nominations must be received no later than March 31, 2013.
