Several members of the 90th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron participated in a skeet-shooting competition for a chance to win a Thanksgiving turkey, Nov 18, 2012.  The competition was hosted by the 39th Force Support Squadron at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

During the competition, participants took turns firing at different targets on the base skeet range.  At the end of the rounds of competition, the participant with the highest number of targets hit received a gift card for a turkey from the base commissary.  Five turkeys were awarded to participants.

Maj. Scott Meyer, a pilot assigned to the 90 EARS, shot well enough to win one of the turkeys.  Meyer is a member of the Air Force Reserve 931st Air Refueling Group and is a pilot in the 18th Air Refueling Squadron here.

The deployed members of the 931st who are serving as part of the 90 EARS plan to cook the turkey won by Meyers as part of their deployed Thanksgiving celebration.
