INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey --  Congratulations to Senior Airman Craig Palm, 90th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron, center, who was presented the October 2012 Diamond Sharp Award by members of the Incirlik First Sergeant Council Oct. 31. Palm earned the monthly award by distinguishing himself through outstanding professionalism, performance and display of the Air Force core values.
