931st members receive CCAF degrees

Thirteen members of the 931st Air Refueling Group were awarded degrees from the Community College of the Air Force during a graduation ceremony at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., today.

The 13 Airmen earned a total of 14 associate degrees in applied science. 

The Community College of the Air Force offers enlisted members the opportunity to earn an associate degree in their Air Force specialty.  Members are required to complete 64 semester hours, with requirements in technical education, leadership management and military studies, physical education, general education, and program electives.  

According to Air University, the Community College of the Air Force is the largest multi-campus community college in the world, with affiliated schools in 37 states and 9 foreign locations serving more than 320,000 active, guard and Reserve enlisted personnel.
