931st members to receive CCAF degrees Published Oct. 25, 2011 931st Air Refueling Group Public Affairs MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Thirteen members of the 931st Air Refueling Group have completed the requirements to be awarded a degree from the Community College of the Air Force. In all, the 13 members earned 14 associate degrees in applied sciences. The members will be honored during the 931st Air Refueling Group annual CCAF graduation ceremony on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011. "It's great to see our members continue their education and achieve their goals. By earning their CCAF degrees, these Airmen have set an example of hard work and perseverance. I join the rest of the 931st in congratulating them on their accomplishment and look forward to the official graduation ceremony in December," said Col. William H. Mason, Commander of the 931st Air Refueling Group. According to Air University, the Community College of the Air Force is the largest multi-campus community college in the world, with affiliated schools in 37 states and 9 foreign locations serving more than 320,000 active, guard, and Reserve enlisted personnel.
