MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Reservists assigned to the 931st Civil Engineer Squadron reported for training at a frozen firing range here in January. Single-digit temperatures added to the challenge of hitting long-distance targets with M-16A2 rifles.
