Business 'Boomin' at Barksdale Published Nov. 29, 2009 MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Tech. Sgt. Kevin Bouchard was part of a KC-135 Stratotanker crew that recently flew a mission in support of a civic leader tour sponsored by the 917th Wing, Barksdale Air Force Base, La.
