MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. --  Staff Sgt.'s Matthew Jocoy and Carrie Van Praag empty a box full of airman battle uniforms scheduled for distribution during the 931st Air Refueling Group's next unit training assembly. Wear of the ABU becomes mandatory for Airmen in November 2011. As an Air Reserve Technician, Sergeant Van Praag is the 931st supply manager both as a Reservist and full-time civilian.
