Reservists come home

MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. --  More than 25 Reserve flyers and maintainers from the 931st Air Refueling Group returned here July 2 from a deployment to Southwest Asia. The Airmen, from the 931st's Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and 18th Air Refueling Squadron, arrived about a week after the most recent group of 931st deployers left McConnell to support contingencies overseas. About 50 Airmen assigned to the 931st are currently deployed overseas, to include locations in Afghanistan, Australia, Iraq and Southwest Asia. The 931st ARG is expected to send Airmen to several more deployments in 2009 and 2010.
