Spirit Spotlight: Lt. Col. Barry Jones

Lt. Col. Barry Jones is a Greenville, S.C., native who enlisted in the Air Force in 1984. He went to Undergraduate Pilot Training at Columbus AFB, Miss., in 1990 and was an active-duty pilot until he joined the Air National Guard in 1995. He's been part of Air Force Reserve Command since 1998. He has qualified in the MC-130E, C-26, B-1, A-10 and KC-135 

Air Force job: Commander, 931st Operations Support Flight and KC-135 Stratotanker pilot

Civilian job: Boeing 737 pilot for Delta Air Lines (currently on military leave while serving an Active Guard Reserve tour at the 931st)

Education: I have a Master of Science in Businness and Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business in Management Information Systems from University of Georgia

Favorite movie: Christmas Vacation and any other movie that will make me laugh

Favorite way to relax: Hanging out with family and friends

Most influential person in my life: My dad. He always did the right thing. His example will be with me forever.

If won $1 million I would: After my wife's shopping spree, hopefully I would have enough money to pay the taxes.
