MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Air Force Reserve Command uniformed and civilian Airmen are invited to submit innovative, game-changing ideas to compete in the 2023 Air Force Spark Tank Competition. Guardians and Airmen Innovation Network (GAIN) is open for your Spark Tank submission(s) until 17 Aug 2022.
Your ideas, with the potential to make significant impacts on Air Force missions, can be submitted via the GAIN app https://gain.apps.dso.mil/, hosted on the Department of Defense’s Platform One https://login.dso.mil/. To create a Platform One account, individuals should visit
https://login.dso.mil/, using a Common Access Card-enabled device. After creating a Platform One account, individuals can create a GAIN account at https://gain.apps.dso.mil
All submissions must be accompanied by a three-minute video. AFRC submitters should work with their local public affairs office for clearance and posting of videos to the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service https://www.dvidshub.net/, or DVIDS. Please allow time for PA review and coordination.
An AFRC panel will select two ideas as the MAJCOM nominations for the Air Force-level competition. The Air force will, in turn, advance six ideas to be pitched at the Spark Tank Finals at AFA Warfare Symposium on 08 Mar 2023.
