For the fifteenth year in a row, the Air Force Reserve Command met its accession goal and exceeded command expectations.

In response to this achievement, AFRC Recruiting Service Commander congratulated recruiters nationwide.

"You not only achieved the command accession goal, you exceeded it," he said.  "We ended the year at 8,105 accessions (101.3 percent.)"

Senior Master Sgt. Brian Huber, 931st Air Refueling Group assistant flight chief for recruiting, credits AFRC's success to the hard work of Reserve recruiters, and the accessibility of "Get 1 Now," an AFRC program that rewards Reservists for bringing people into the Air Force Reserve.

In addition to information about joining the Reserve, the website allows Reservists to refer potential Airmen quickly and conveniently online. An Airman's online account reflects their reward eligibility after their referral joins the Air Force Reserve.
