The June issue of Citizen Airman is now available online at http://www.citamn.afrc.af.mil/.

The cover story focuses on the Air Force's search to find a home for the first Air Force Reserve-led KC-46A globalĀ  mobility wing.

In addition, the issue includes feature stories on a new law that will impact the education benefits members of the reserve components are eligible to receive, flight training boards designed to help people who don't have a military background or any ties to the military find a pilot slot.

Read about an effort involving a Reservist and three active-duty officers to help widowed women from Afghanistan build a sustainable way of making income, a need for NCOs who are willing to accept the challenge of serving as military training instructors, a new mobile app designed to give Airmen easy access to important instructions and documents, a pararescue jumper from Florida who was recognized twice within a year for his courage and valor, Air Force Reserve Command's Outstanding Airmen of the Year, and a doctor who is living his dream serving as a NASA flight surgeon and an Air Force Reservist.

The print version of the June issue is scheduled to be mailed out the second week of June.
