AF Reserve announces senior leader changes

WASHINGTON -- The Chief of Air Force Reserve announced the following senior Leader actions June 20.

Brigadier Gen. Udo K. McGregor is being reassigned from deputy director, Strategic Planning, Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Plans and Programs, Headquarters United States Air Force, Washington, D.C., to vice commander, Joint Enabling Capabilities Command, United States Transportation Command, Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA

Brigadier Gen. Steven D. Vautrain, from commander, 439th Airlift Wing, Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts, to deputy director, Strategic Planning, Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Plans and Programs, Headquarters United States Air Force, Washington, D.C.

Colonel Albert V. Lupenski, from commander, 932nd Airlift Wing, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, to commander, 439th Airlift Wing, Westover ARB.
