Larson answered Davidson's questions about the relationships between Air Force Reserve Airmen and active duty Airmen at McConnell Air Force Base, the connection of trust that exists between aircrew and maintainers and the cost-effective use of flight simulators. 931st ARG feature to air on local news station

MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- A two-part broadcast feature about the 931st Air Refueling Group's mission and its relationship to the active duty here will air on KSN, Nov. 13-14.

Mark Davidson, morning news anchor and broadcast journalist for the NBC afflilate, visited the base on separate occasions in September and October to learn more about Airmen from the group.

Davidson received a unique opportunity to fly the flight simulator and the Boom Operator Wepons System simulator in September and returned in October to see maintenance on the flightline and in the Periodic Inspection dock here.

Each episode will air during the 10 p.m. newscasts.
