Eklund takes command of 931st CES
Lt. Col. Scott Eklund took command of the 931st Civil Engineer Squadron from Lt. Col. Kelvin Haywood during an official ceremony Oct. 1, 2022, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas. Eklund was previously the 446th Civil Engineer Squadron deputy commander at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

The air show featured 12 performers including Tora Tora Tora, an A-10 demonstration, and the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds to name a few.
