Col. Ricky N. Rupp, commander, 22nd Air Refueling Wing, congratulates Col. Mark S. Larson, commander, 931st Air Refueling Group, following the completion of the 931st Air Refueling Group's final local mission of fiscal year 2012. The 931st achieved its target flying time of 3,688 hours flown during the final mission. The final flight featured a Total Force aircrew, made up of members of both the active duty 22nd Air Refueling Wing and the Reserve 931st Air Refueling Group.
