Chief Master Sgt. Kathy Lowman presents a commander's insignia pen to Ty Lasher, city manager of Bel Aire, Kan., and honorary commander to the 931st senior enlisted leader, during an honorary commander's luncheon in downtown Wichita, Kan., Nov. 5, 2011. Chief Lowman presented the pin on behalf of Chief Master Sgt. Sean Martin. Following the luncheon, honorary commanders were invited to visit the 931st headquarters at McConnell Air Force Base for a mission brief and to visit with 931st Airmen.
