Carrying Colorado's Communicators

Senior Airman Joseph Cordova boards a KC-135 Stratotanker that was flown by Reservists from the 931st Air Refueling Group from McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., to pick up Reservists at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. The tanker later delivered more than 20 Reservists from the 302nd Communications Flight at Peterson to Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Airman Cordova is a computer operator assigned to the flight. The 931st-supported delivery helped replace active-duty Airmen stationed in Germany who have been forward deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Stephen J. Collier)
