Lt. Col. Tony Brusca chosen to lead 18th ARS

Lt. Col. Tony Brusca shares a laugh with Lt. Col. Charles Youngblood during a self-aid and buddy care class in April. Colonel Brusca has been selected to takeover as commander of the 18th Air Refueling Squadron during a change-of-command ceremony in June.
