Airman Wilson, a public health technician assigned to the 931st Aerospace Medicine Flight, was not in attendance when her award was announced a few days prior during a commander's call. Colonel Frye is the commander of the 931st Air Refueling Group, an Air Force Reserve unit at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan.
