McConnell keeps Thunderbirds on 'track'

During an official session, Sen. Dan Goddard, Kansas State Senate District 15, presented a Senate Resolution honoring the 924th Air Refueling Squadron March 30, 2017, Topeka, Kan. The 931st Operations Group will stand up the 924th Air Refueling Squadron in an official ceremony scheduled April 2, 2017. It is the first squadron in the Air Force dedicated to the KC-46A Pegasus. More than 250 people gathered 60 years later to celebrate the KC-135 as it reached its diamond anniversary, Aug. 31, at the McConnell Air Park.
