The KC-135 60th Anniversary Ceremony

More than 250 people gathered 60 years later to celebrate the KC-135 as it reached its diamond anniversary, Aug. 31, at the McConnell Air Park. During the ceremony, members of Team McConnell, the local community and the tanker community listen to Gen. Stephen R. Lorenz, retired Air Education Training Command commander and KC-135 pilot, speak during the KC-135 60th Anniversary Ceremony, Aug. 31, 2016, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan.
