McConnell Reserve Unit stands up first KC-46A Pegasus Squadron

The 924th Air Refueling Squadron was last assigned to the 93rd Operations Group at Castle Air Force Base, Calif. The unit was inactivated April 30, 1992. The 924 ARS at McConnell is the first unit in the Air Force dedicated solely to the KC-46A Pegasus. The KC-46 is scheduled to arrive later this year. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
