Two F-16 Fighting Falcons from the 138th Fighter Wing, fly near the wing of a KC-46A Pegasus assigned to McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., April 10, 2021. The F-16s were two of eight being refueled by an aircrew from the 931st Air Refueling Wing. McConnell Reservists fly KC-46A at Cope North 21
A KC-46A Pegasus takes off from the flightline during Cope North 21 Feb. 16, 2021, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. An aircrew of more than 20 Airmen from the 931st Air Refueling Wing flew a KC-46A Pegasus assigned to McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., as part of Cope North 21, last month at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. McConnell Reservist recevies Bronze Star
Lt. Col. Johnathan Jordan received the Bronze Star during an official ceremony Feb. 5, 2021, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas. Jordan was presented the decoration, the fourth highest military honor, in recognition of his heroic actions after Iran launched 16 missiles at U.S. Forces in Iraq in January 2020. An F-22 Raptor, assigned to the 90th Fighter Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Ala., approaches the boom of a KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 128th Air Refueling Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard, during Checkered Flag 21-1, Nov. 2, 2020. Nineteen members of the 931st Air Refueling Wing, the Reserve component at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas, participated in Checkered Flag, a large-scale aerial exercise hosted by the 325th Fighter Wing at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The exercise began Nov. 2, and ended Nov. 11.

Lt. Col. Glenn Clark, 905th ARS director of operations and KC-46A Pegasus pilot, performs aerial refueling Oct. 3, 2020, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Glenn was co-pilot during the inaugural flight for the 905th ARS. The 905th ARS reactivated at McConnell in May 2019. The 905 ARS was the first Air Force flying unit to be assigned to Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D, and it received its first KC-135 Stratotanker in 1960.
