McConnell Reserve Unit Reactivates 905 ARS
Col. Phil Heseltine, 931st Air Refueling Wing commander, receives the guidon from retired Col. Noel Bradford, the previous commander of the 905th Air Refueling Squadron, during an official ceremony, May 4, 2019, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. The 905 ARS was the first Air Force flying unit to be assigned to Grand Forks, and it received its first KC-135 Stratotanker in 1960. Team McConnell tours new Air Traffic Control Tower
