Team McConnell Airmen finish NCOLDC Course
Twenty Team McConnnell Airmen graduated from a NCOLDC course June 8, 2018, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. During this course, the students received training from Air Force Reserve military facilitators who provided the Junior NCOs with tools needed to be the tactical leaders to accomplish Air Force mission. The course focused on NCO core competencies including employing military capabilities, individual readiness, managing organizations and resources, strategic thinking, leading people, effective communications and embodying airman culture.
