An E-4B from the 55th Wing, Offutt AFB, Neb. receives fuel from a KC-135 Stratotanker operated by the 931st Air Refueling Group, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., during a night refueling Dec. 5. The E-4B serves as the National Airborne Operations Center for the president and secretary of defense.
