Measure twice, cut once
Tech. Sgt. Kevin Toomey, 931st Civil Engineer Squadron, measures a sound dampening ceiling panel before cutting it for installation in Building 1218 at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., July 11, 2015. The installation is part of a renovation project on the building, during which 931 CES Airmen have installed both the new ceiling panels as well as new floor tiles.
